87kbd Responsible Gaming:
Your safety is our priority
87kbd believes gaming should be enjoyable — never stressful. Our safe gaming tools and guidelines will help you play in a healthy and informed way.
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
Online gaming is an entertainment activity — but it can become addictive if not approached with care. At 87kbd, we care deeply about the mental and financial well-being of every member. That is why we have built a complete system for responsible play.
Always treat gaming as entertainment — not a source of income. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life, relationships or financial situation, contact our support team right away. 87kbd's 24/7 live chat support is always by your side.
Remember: 87kbd is for players aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or playing any games.
Core Principles of Safe Gaming
- Set a budget and stick to it
- Set a time limit before you play
- Do not chase losses
- Do not play under the influence of alcohol or when under stress
- Do not treat gaming as a source of income
- Take a break or seek support when needed
Our Tools for Your Safety
87kbd provides a range of practical tools to keep you safe. Using these tools, you can keep your gaming experience fully under your own control.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and increasing it requires a waiting period of at least 7 days.
Time Control (Time-Out)
Take a temporary break from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a time-out, no gaming or deposits will be possible on your account.
Self-Exclusion
For a long-term gaming break, close your account from 30 days up to permanently. While self-exclusion is active, no promotional emails will be sent to you.
24/7 Bengali Support
Contact our Bengali-speaking support team via live chat at any time. Talk openly about gaming concerns — we do not judge, we help.
Gaming History Review
View your gaming history, deposit amounts and withdrawal records at any time. Understand your gaming patterns and make informed decisions.
Account Verification
Age and identity verification is used to prevent minors from accessing the platform. Through our KYC process we ensure that only players aged 21 and above can play.
For Players Aged 21 and Above Only
To create an account and play at 87kbd, you must be at least 21 years old. We verify age at the time of registration. If we confirm that a user is a minor, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.
If you suspect someone you know is playing while underage, email [email protected] or let us know via live chat.
Signs of Problematic Gaming
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, take a break right away and do not hesitate to seek help:
- A tendency to bet more in an attempt to recover lost money
- Being unable to stop gaming or repeatedly trying and failing to do so
- Neglecting family, friends or work because of gaming
- Betting with household money or borrowed funds
- Lying about or hiding your gaming activity
- Feeling restless or irritable when unable to play
- Thinking excessively about gaming and experiencing sleep problems
What to Do If You Have a Problem
A gaming problem is a common mental health concern and there is nothing to be ashamed of. With the right help, it is possible to overcome it.
Stop Playing
Stop the game immediately and take a few moments to breathe normally. Log out and step away from your phone or computer.
Activate a Time-Out or Self-Exclusion
Contact our live chat and request a time-out or self-exclusion. We will take immediate action.
Talk to a Family Member or Someone You Trust
Let someone close to you know about the problem. Instead of trying to handle it alone, seek social support.
Seek Professional Help
If needed, consult a mental health professional. Gaming addiction is treatable and getting support is your right.
How to Activate Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is the most effective way to protect yourself. Follow these simple steps:
Contact Live Chat
Go to 87kbd's 24/7 live chat and let the support agent know that you want self-exclusion. You do not need to give a reason.
Choose a Duration
30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanently — choose the period that suits you. A permanent exclusion cannot be changed later.
Takes Effect Immediately
As soon as your request is confirmed, your account will be locked. You will not receive any promotional communications during self-exclusion.
You can also request by email: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Self-Exclusion Request". The email must be sent from your registered email address and must include your preferred duration.
87kbd's Responsible Gaming Policy
87kbd is committed to maintaining a safe and transparent gaming environment. SSL encryption is used on our platform to keep your information secure, and regular audits are conducted to ensure fair play.
We believe that responsible gaming means making informed decisions. By monitoring each member's gaming patterns, our team can proactively reach out where a potential problem is identified.
Our minimum deposit limit is set at ৳100, which helps prevent members from wagering excessively. All withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours — to ensure financial transparency.
Our responsible gaming policy is reviewed and updated regularly. Contact us directly for any questions or suggestions.
Our Steps to Protect Minors
We ask families who use the internet to install parental control software. If a minor child or teenager uses a family device, restrict access to gaming sites on that device. Never share your 87kbd account details with children.
If suspicious account activity is detected, we may request additional documents for account verification. This is part of our security process.
